A FAMOUS TEMPLE IN INDIA

                                              ISKON TEMPLE IN ANANTPUR






Iskon Temple is situated in Anantpuram city of Anantpur district in India.

It is a Krishna temple that is constructed on the banks of Godavari River.

It is also called by the name Gowthami Ghat and also a major recreational centre.

The place is center of spirituality to the devotees belonging to South India.

The architecture is amazing and beautifully done.

The whole temple is in the shape of a huge Charriot with four horses at the entrance.

The building is in pink color but during the nights it takes a golden shade due to lighting and looks beautiful.

The interiors of the  temple is very  beautiful.

Some of the paintings of Lord Krishna will leave you astonished and speechless.

The well-landscaped gardens also adds to the attraction for the devotees.

It is the second largest Iscon Temple after the one in Bangalore.

Road Transport is the best way used for reaching to Anantapur.

Anantapur is connected by NH-7 and NH-205 from all major cities throughout India. 

The nearest airport  to Anantapur is at Banglore.

Anantapur can be reached through the rail line that goes from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
